Hospitality
Fire rating is the entry ticket. Detailing and fast installation win the project.

Approach
How we approach it
Hotel work happens beyond the rendering — how joints meet, how inside/outside corners turn, where inspection hatches go. We detail each node during design development, turning on-site improvisation into ready-to-install assemblies. Fire and emissions are the entry ticket (B₁ + ENF/E0, all met); the real gap is joint detailing, fast-fit structure and custom-pattern delivery.
Evidence
The Encore Hotel, Nakuru, Kenya — 4-star, 2,055 m² of wall panels (photos to follow); B₁ reports for SPC/WPC wall panels; a 3-person design-development team (Fengyang stone-vein project delivered).
